Returns

We value every one of our GEWLS™ customers and want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to the below email to initiate a return returns@gewls-official.com.

We currently don't offer exchanges. You will have to place a new order & return your item.

Returns are valid within a 10-day window from the original ship date.

In order to return, your items need to comply with the following conditions:
All footwear must be unworn, in their original condition free of any markings, scuffs or signs of stretch at soles & upper. All original packaging must be returned, including the shoe fillers, shoebox and dust bags.

To guarantee a smooth return process & that the returned products comply with the above, we ask that you provide photographic proof of both top & bottom of shoe to ensure their unworn/undamaged state before shipping. 

Once your photos have been approved by our team, you will receive a link to our Return Portal to generate a pre-paid return label. 

Refunds will be processed within 4 - 5 business days of delivery, please allow an additional 1 - 2 business days during busier seasons and holiday periods. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email returns@gewls-official.com with your order number and include photos and any details of the issues with your order.

GEWLS™ reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet or follow our return policy.
