EXCHANGES
We want every GEWLS™ customer to find their perfect fit. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original delivery date. Through our returns portal, you may exchange for a different size, color, or style. Please note that each item is eligible for one exchange per order.
- Size or color exchange - Same style exchanges are a straight swap at no additional product cost. Return shipping fees still apply
- Different style - If your new selection is a higher price, the difference in product cost plus any applicable taxes will be charged through the portal. If your new selection is a lower price, the difference will be processed accordingly. Return shipping fees still apply
How to Request an Exchange:
- Visit our returns portal with your email address and either your order number or zip code used on your order
- Select your exchange option and upload photos of the top and bottom of your shoes to confirm unworn condition
- Our team will review your submission and you will receive an approval confirmation via email
- Once approved, return shipping costs are covered by the customer. A prepaid label will be issued through the portal upon payment
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days of label issuance
- Your replacement pair will be dispatched once we have received and inspected the returned item
All Items Submitted for Exchange Must Be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free of markings, scuffs, or signs of wear
- Returned with the complete GEWLS™ packaging set, including the shoe box, dust bags, tissue, and interior fillers
Exchange Shipping — Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is paid for at the time of label issuance through the portal. GEWLS™ is pleased to cover the cost of shipping your replacement pair.

RETURN SHIPPING & REFUNDS — Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is paid for at the time of label issuance through the portal. Refunds are processed within 4-7 business days of receipt. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items that do not meet return conditions may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
RETURN TO SENDER & UNDELIVERED PACKAGES — In the event an order is returned to GEWLS™ due to failed delivery attempts, delivery refusal, an insufficient or incomplete address, or an unclaimed package, our Client Services team will reach out to you directly using the contact information provided at checkout.
- Should we not receive a response within 7 days of our outreach, the order will be processed as a return and a flat handling and restocking fee of $75 will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Customers wishing to have their order re-shipped will be responsible for all associated re-delivery shipping costs.
FINAL SALE — Items marked Final Sale and all in-person purchases are not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS — If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact clientservices@gewls-official.com with your order number and photographs where possible. We will resolve the matter promptly and cover all associated shipping costs.
OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE — GEWLS™ reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
