SHIPPING

GEWLS™ currently ships within the continental United States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase and shipped via UPS Ground with signature confirmation. During collection launches, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Please note that processing time is separate from UPS transit time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

All GEWLS™ orders require a signature upon delivery. Customers are responsible for providing the recipient's complete and accurate name, shipping address, and contact information at checkout. Once shipped, customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the UPS tracking information provided and may track their shipment directly through UPS Tracking Page. Customers are also responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept delivery or for making alternative arrangements directly with UPS. Failure to monitor tracking updates, missed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a package from a designated UPS Access Point or other carrier-designated pickup location may result in the package being returned to GEWLS™ and processed in accordance with our Return to Sender & Undelivered Packages Policy.

Please note that orders cannot be amended or cancelled once processing has begun. We encourage you to review all order details carefully prior to completing your purchase.

Complimentary Shipping: GEWLS™ offers complimentary shipping on all continental U.S. orders. No minimum purchase required. Estimated transit times are determined by UPS and will vary depending on destination and carrier operations. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery information will be available through your UPS tracking link.
